Microsoft Licensing Assessment

Find out if you're overpaying on Microsoft 365

A 20-minute conversation with our licensing team can save you from a multi-year commitment you didn't need to make.

Why now?

  • Microsoft 365 E7 launches May 1 at $99 per user
  • E5 prices increase in July 2026
  • Enterprise Agreement volume discounts were removed in Nov 2025

If a renewal is anywhere on your horizon, the licensing math is shifting faster than most organizations realize. Now is the right time to know where you stand.

Request your assessment:

What you'll walk away with

Utilization and spend review

We map your current licenses against actual usage and flag where you're paying for more than you need.

Cost-saving opportunities

We identify unused licenses and show you exactly where a different plan or bundle would cost you less.

Upgrade or stay decision

You'll leave with a clear, honest recommendation on whether E7 makes financial sense for your organization, and the numbers to back it up.

Microsoft Licensing Assessment Questions

What does the Microsoft Licensing Assessment cover?

We review your current Microsoft 365 licenses, analyze actual usage across your organization, and identify opportunities to reduce costs or move you to a plan that's the right fit for your organization.

What does the process look like?

The initial conversation takes about 20 minutes. From there we review your licensing data and deliver a written summary with recommendations within 3-5 business days. We'll also schedule a follow-up call to walk through the findings together.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. This is a working session designed to give you clarity. If an upgrade or change makes sense, we'll show you the numbers. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

How quickly will I receive recommendations?

We will schedule a follow up call 3-5 business days after our initial call to walk through the results and recommendations.

How do I request an assessment?

Fill out the form and Arraya's Licensing Manager will reach out to schedule your assessment at a time that works for you.

Do I need to be an existing Arraya customer?

No. The assessment is open to any organization evaluating their Microsoft 365 licensing, whether you're an existing client or just getting to know us.
